Our first golf meet is a 3 man scramble. We take three teams of 3. But on the same day my brother is going to participate in State speech, so I don't know if I want to go to the scramble or the State Speech. I don't think the weather is going to be very good, so I think i'll Probably go to State Speech.

Yeah well I'm an amateur.

I should probably be doing something, but everybody who's even remotely Irish around me went to the Lourdes trip that a bunch of schools organized for March Break. I would have gone but.....$3600.... and when people were signing up for this, I had not yet gotten a job.

$3,600.00? That's about a third of what it costs first time offenders for drunk driving in my county.

I'll be sending my Irish wife flowers, cooking her a corned beef and cabbage dinner, and having a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey.

I'm 1/4 Irish and I can't ever remember doing anything special on St. Patrick's Day. It always seems to fall on a worknight anyway & I'm pretty much in the same boat with Keith & League on this one.

This St. Patty's Day is our 2nd wedding anniversary-- not sure if we will be doing anything on the day itself though, 'cause of the hubby's work schedule.

I only have a tiny bit of Irish in me, but he is 3/4 Irish, and we're both big on all things Celtic... we even have Celtic-style wedding bands.
