World's Worst Swing

My good friend Shane Eck will be on the Golf Channel April 26th *Tuesday* at 2:30. He's in a contest for the Worlds Worst Swing with Dean Reinmuth. Some of you may have seen the first airing on Monday night. Tune in and vote for Shane! Vote at www.deanofgolf.com or www.worldsworstswing.com

Thanks!

I don't know. I watched all the swings on there and I think this kid I played golf with in high school has the worse swing. Looked like he was swinging a wet noodle...

I'd say it's a toss-up between the Al's ..... Matusevich & Scott.

Be careful, those images can be burned into your brain.

The next thing you know, you are swinging like Alan Matusevich.

One name sticks in my mind above all others - - - Charles Barkley. For such a gifted athlete to have such a rotten swing is something I can't understand. And he practices, takes lessons, etc...

I was watching, but then I couldn't bear it any longer, imagine one of those images popping into your head on the 1st tee!

That was something I was wondering about on a releated note. How could some of those people with decades of golf experiance look so bad?

I definitely fail to believe some of those handicaps, they are pretty good compared to those awful swings.

FWIW, Brian Weir was the one who ended up winning the competition. He certainly didn't have the worst swing there IMO, but I tend to think some of those other swings were a bit exaggerated.

I concur.....never seen a swing worse than Barkley's. I am surprised that guy doesn't knock himself out cold.
