Just a review and opinion:

Im hoping some of you guys have heard of The homestead course. I got a chance to play at it the other day. I must say it is out there in the bondocks. The hotel was amazing. Classic look and it was huge!!! I was able to play the The Lower Cascades not as great the the Cascades course but it was still ranked very well. It was 110$ to play but luckily with my VSGA card i was able to play for 26$. I must say though this course was not all that was expected. I certainly liked the fairways, but some holes they were poorly maintained. There were ropes and cones on one fairway. the greens weren't in tip-top shape either.

I thought for The Homestead to be ranked #4 in public courses in the US it should be the janx! but i guess i thought wrong. For those of you that are thinking about taking a long drive out there you might want to think again. Its not all that... $110 for the lower cascades and old course, and $165 for the cascades course.
