Smile Where do you play at?

http://www.highcedars.com/

This is my home course. Not to hard, not to easy. Great views of Mt. Rainier. There are a couple of bald eagles that live on the course. Where do you guys play?

Later,
Keith

Where Do I play?

Southeastern Michigan has hundreds of great courses and I play on as many of them as I can. This ranges from my great local county course to private clubs when invited. My goal is to enjoy as many courses as I can and leave them all in better shape than when I played them.

Most of the Time I play at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, in Redmond Wash

twilite after work is great, and the course is not crowded so I can get in a round before the Sun goes down (though the wife wonders why I get home around 9 ). ;)

I usually play on the local Munis because of cost mostly!! I will splurge during the summer months on a couple of high end courses. We are pretty spoiled here as most green fees are between $25 to $35 per 18. For me, $80 + is starting to be high end!!
The usual club membership here runs from $500 to $700 per year with trail fees and storage extra.

Excuse my ignorance but, what are trail fees? By storage, do you mean storing you clubs at the course?

Here on Oahu, I usually play at Pearl Country Club or Waikele Golf Club. A lot of times, if I have time in the afternoon, I'll play twilight at a muni. Ala Wai is a local muni that's supposed to be the busiest golf course in the nation. I've only been able to schedule an 18 hole tee time there once and that was for a 2 pm start.

I generally play at the course that I work at, Honeywell Golf Course in Wabash Indiana. Very good track with it's own "Amen Corner".

Well, I'm new to this forum. I live in Ocala, Fl also in Warren MI. We just got back to MI to get the house here ready to sell for we can spend all our time down in Ocala, FL.

In South East MI I play with a Chrysler retirement group where we play a variety of wonderful golf courses every Tuesday.

In Ocala Fl I play in a VFW league were we play some really great courses. Being retired I try to play as much as possible as the resort I live in has two golf courses.

I switched from CG golf to Swing like Moe (Natural Golf) and once again have renewed my love of the game, thanks to Tim and Todd of the Graves Golf Academy who teach around the country.

My home course is The Beaver Island golf Course. We are located 32 mi NW of Charlevoix Mi in the middle of Lake Michigan. It is a true links style course. Very tough and demanding course with small, fast and tough greens. Needless to say, when I go over to the mainland to play (which is one or two times a month) I will only play woodland or parkland courses. LOL!! I will say that playing our Island course has made me a much better player when I travel to play......Chuck

I'm a member at Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle, New York. I've been there for ten years and love the course. It holds the LPGA Sybase Big Apple Classic, which was just held last week.

I live in Anchorage Alaska and we don't have to many courses. My favorite would be Moose Run Golf Course on "The Creek Course". Also Eagle Glen which is on an army base. And out in the boonies there are a few nice courses with nice views, such as Settler's Bay. I just played The Anchorage Golf Course today and it was alright. If anyone is comin to Alaska any time soon check out Moose Run.

Nobody walks any more...most "high end" clubs don't even allow it, unless you rent a caddy. The trail fees are for cart road repairs and storage refers to cart sheds.

I play the most at my country club that I just joined this year Old Wayne CC in West Chicago, IL and Mistwood GC in Romeoville, IL which is one of the undiscovered jewels in the Chicago area. I average playing 10 to 15 different courses a year with at least a third of my rounds at the two courses mentioned above.
