Mike Strantz
Not sure if everyone is familiar with his golf course design work. He designed Caledonia and True Blue in Pawleys Island SC, Stonhedge and Royal Kent in Williamsburg, VA and Tobacco Road and Tot Hill Farms in NC among others. Anyway he passed away from his fight with cancer last weekend. Personally I love playing his courses and look forward to playing the courses of his I haven't.

Wasn't there an article in Golf magazine or Golf Digest on Mike in the past few months sometime. Condolences to his family and friends...from reading the article, he sounded like a great guy.
