Most Important Stat to you
What stat is really important to you, driving distance, fairways hit, GIR, putts per round etc.

Well I struggle with the putter , so I would go with putts per round, though GIR is probably more important.

How much fun I'm having......it usually coincides with playing well......but if the game is off and the company is good....it compensates for it.
It's all about fun.

Scoring average
Outside of that, I'd say GIR. It's tough to score too badly if you are hitting a lot of greens.

For where I'm at right now, the two things that determine my score the most are
1) Fairways hit when using driver
2) Approach shots struck well
If I get get the ball out there and put it near the green in two shots, I can usually get bogey at the very worst.

When it's good: All of the above.
The rest of the time: How many more balls I've found than I've lost.
Occasionally the former, more often the latter.
But we keep playing!

It used to be "how many balls" lost.
Now it's GIR for sure.
I give up on the Fwy one for now. Until they let me count the fairway next to the one I was aiming at, this is over-rated in my opinion.

Scoring average, after that. Probably FW's hit. I hit less than 40% a round so it needs some drastic improvment.

I'll go with putts per round. I've had poor rounds hitting a lot of fairways and greens, but not many good round with lots of putts.
Another one that is good for me is the number of double bogeys or worse!

Putts per round has been my biggest problem so far this year. I had my best putting day of the year yesterday, only 29 putts
Now if I can just keep that up my scoring average will definetly improve.

Money collected/paid.
If you keep missing greens and chip well, your putts will drop to 25. If your ball stricing is good your putting score will be higher even though you are scorong better.
Scoring is the key 'it ain't how,it's how many'

Most important....GIR's.........2nd.... putt's for GIR's
I'm a very good chipper around the greens so I have many 1 putts...avg 29 putts total per round.
My GIR is only around 30%. Need to work on that.
