Probably my last time playing this year...

Here is where I'm playing tomorrow. Arguably the best golf course in Kentucky. Check these pictures out...I can't wait!

Wow, that looks awesome....have fun!!

Out of curiosity, why will this be the last time? We have several more weeks we hope to sneak in up here in northern PA, and you certainly would stay nice longer than that.

Why the last time of the year? You aren't much farther north of me and I'll be playing right through the winter :-o

Well here in Lexington, Ky for this weekend they are calling for like 30's if I'm not mistaken, so I assumed it was now gonna start getting cold and stay that way. But if it's 45 or above then I'll still play, but I don't know about through the winter...not all about wearing gloves and stuff! Plus I've not been swinging very well so it's not been real fun the last few weeks...another reason to call it for the year.

Have a great time. I hope the rain holds off. My clubs went away last Sunday.

What do you do from October to April.
I stay away between 4 to 6 weeks and I hate it. Although if I am desperate and wear a wooly hat I can make it through the winter without a break. The only problem will be the rain rather than the cold.

For me personally it's more like September to May. However, due to my new university schedule (which has 4 months of summer, instead of 2!) I'll probably get a lot more golfing done in that timeframe. Plus April's exam month and if I get done that early I'll have that much more time. Assuming weather cooperates and I don't have like a fulltime job.

Although I could use that money...

I know how you feel, our season's coming to a close here pretty soon...I did play a round the week before Thanksgiving last year as the weather was very nice...so I imagine I'll get out perhaps 2-3 more times if I can.

Have a good round.

Well the couse was unbelievable. Far and Away the best course I've been on yet, and I've played alot of good courses at Myrtle and such. Didn't rain either so that was nice.
