I'm interested in this action, even though I **** and my handicap is about 4 strokes higher than this time last year. At 38, I lean agewise toward the YG side, but spiritwise towards the OG side, especially since I still have an 8-track player... and, somewhere in storage, a reel-to-reel...

Card,

I'll play if you need me...But I am a little rusty. Now, if we were having a bird hunting contest, I'd like our chances...

The "English Invasion" in the mid- to late-60's provided us with an understanding of the word "bird" that probably wouldn't be deleted if it were fully "feathered"!

Does anyone but Austin Powers use the word in that way any more?

Having such large teams makes me comfortable that my score won't bring up the avg. by too much.

ahhh a purist other than myself...I also still have an *-track and an akai reel to reel, Mama starts to cringe when we moved to the new house and i start setting it up with the stereo stuff, the Akai , not the 8 track...that goes inthe garage over the work bench.........

Well, I can't play from the tips, I struggle from the ladies tees. My best score this past year was in the mid 120's. I could technically play on either team which would doom whatever team I was on. I'm not comfortable doing that to any team at this point. I haven't read any other comments regarding some of wazman's suggestions, so I'll have to wait and see.

Since I know that Forged is in on the OG by age Ping you may want to go with the OG just prevent any family arguments . However if you want on the winning team your welcome to play with the YG.
