Post Usgtf??
I just sent off my deposit to attend an USGTF school in November. I am very excited about becoming a certified golf instructor. Having a wife, two kids, and one on the way, becoming a PGA professional is out of the question for me. USGTF seems to give me the perfect oppurtunity to chase after my dream. I have been researching the USGTF and am very impressed with what I have learned; however, I would love to hear what others have to say about the USGTF.

the United States Golf Teachers Federation, its part of the World Golf Federation which consists of about 17,000 members. I was hoping that there were some others that knew of it, but apparantly not

Never heard of it before...but I've never persued a golf teaching career either. Just thought the best way was to pass the PAT and then become a PGA Apprentice....

I just attended the course in Myrtle Beach and it was a terrific experience. Bob Wyatt was our instructor, we only had 8 in the class, and Bob did a terrific job. I met some wondeful people and learned alot about golf instruction. Definately take the course it is well worth it.
