We are 3 weeks into our Golf Rewind Virtual Golf League. We have 7 teams, 4 people each. As expected we have at least 1 or 2 players that have been missing in action from the start. We're looking for golfers who'd like to take their place. All you have to do it state your handicap(or an estimate), play 1 round per week and report your score and the course rating from the tees you played to your team captain via PM. So far we have all guys , but gals are welcome too. Anyone interested in participating may start this week... just post if you're interested here.

I play in a weekly 9-hole league that will run until the end of August. I don't have an official handicap, a guesstimate would be about an 18. Will that work?

We're using 18 hole scores, but I think we said early on that 9 hole scores would be accepted. Perhaps one of the other guys (that be you, F.O.R & Card) will clarify this point.

I suppose now that's it's staying daylight, I could play. Let me know if you need me. Fwiw, I'm currently playing to a 15 or so.

I think team 1 "Big Bad Bone Daddy's Roadkill Sandwich" is short a guy. Unless I am mistaken we have been short one player each week. We could use either of them.

Not sure if you found everyone you need, but I could join if needed. 8.4 handicap , estimate based on first 10 rounds of the year. I play a 9 hole course, but play the same 9 two times. 72.3/120

Yeah, that's about what I'm currently playing to. If only I could remember going to the clubhouse and posting my score after every round, I'd have a real handicap. So, does this mean I'm on your team, Waz?

With a team name like that, how can I say no? BTW, the 18 handicap I posted earlier was my league handicap. I think my index would be closer to a 37 (used an online calculator with a few recent rounds).

I'd love to have you Bama... especially at a 15, but Team Fore ! are all present and accounted for. Team #1 definitely needs a player. We may have more MIAs, as well. A couple of teams are a bit tardy reporting their scores this week. With yourself, Kreth, petermo & viper1314 we actually have enough for another complete team. This 1st season is going to run 10 weeks and then we may reshuffle, add teams... whatever. We've already heard from team 1, we need to hear from any other teams in need of a player , then figure out some equitible way to pick one of you guys. Kreft posted of his interest 1st, FWIW.

Sorry guy - Kreth posted first ! I had petermo's name spelled wrong in my 1st stab at that post and he's been around forever , so don't feel too bad.
