tough round

has anyone played kissimmee bay? that place tore me up yesterday. I played it in about 30mph wind with on and off rain. Its a tight course yet long with some really weird hole designs... dog legs that actually "hook" backwards at the end... just a really unique course. Man was it in good shape. I loved the course but talk about being punished for good shots. It didnt look that bad when you were playing it but after i was done with 9 holes and looked at my card i was shocked i was 2 over. I will say that i think the course is measured wrong. I know my distances to the inch and i was over almost every green. and that was into the wind. finished 2 over after 18 par 71 course.

I suggest anyone in florida to try this course out. the clubhouse has alot of golf history artifacts in it and the course it self is great.

Two over doesn't sound as though you had a tough round. You may have had to work some for it but come on, 30mph winds and rain and you played the back nine even par - sounds like a good round to me.

it wasnt terrible but it was the fact i was going bogey, birdie, double bogey birdie birdie. just couldnt get anything going consistantly i was back and forth alot. i had a great time though it was a great course.

Yeah, i see what ya mean. it's frustrating when you're making doubles when you know you could be making pars. But, given the weather you gotta be happy. I wonder what you would've shot on a calm sunny day?
