V.A. Golf Tournament tomorrow....
.. I play in 2 tourns a yr... this is one... This is toi benefit Hospitalized Veterans @ our hospital...it's always a good time, and lotsa food...
My goal: keep every shot in play. I will NOT be taking ANY woods, as I can't hit those dogs... I can put a 1 iron,200 yds straight down the pike( I can't figure it, either).I'll have to rely upon my pals to hit it further.....
oh, well..I hear that # 17 (Par 3) has $100 rig=ding on a Hole-in-one. #17 carries the stream @ about 152, and the pin WILL be in the Front(of course .. meaning, don't be short.... oh, the Green slopes to the front...
... I'm thinking 6 Iron.....your yardage may vary

I did!!...

..it didn't help...


Had a blast tho!! finished 2 under.
..had a Marine Korean War vet as a partner.. he did wonderfully!!
