Talking 24 Hour driving range

It's a nice night today in Ca not to warm but just right, it's almost midnight and I'm not sleepy so it's time to go to the 24 hour driving range

Two driving ranges in my town in the past two years closed. One got bought to put a supermarket there, and the other went out of business. I have to drive 15 minutes to get to one, and it costs 9 bucks a bucket :(
I prefer an open field and my shag bag now. Its free, and I get to hit off the grass.

Yeah its great I used to go to sleep no later than eleven but then I went to college and that changed. Now I can never seem to go to sleep any earlier than 1am so the driving range is great very nice place too. It's called Haggin Oaks and is in sacramento.

I'd love it if my local course ran their range 24 hours a day especially from this time of year onwards, when the nights are getting lighter (shorter) from now on in the evenings are getting warmer too.

How nice is that? I wish we still had a public driving range. We used to have a lighted Par 3 and driving range in Slidell that stayed open until 9 PM, but Katrina had other plans for it. It was sold to developers and the plans now are to rebuild our Sheriff Department's new headquarters there. Our Sheriff's Dept. was flooded out and they are working out of trailers.

Sure would be nice........

To have a 24 hour driving range around here.... since I cannot seem to find the time right now to get out. My dad has been in the hospital since January 31st with a spinal cord injury that has left him paralyzed, my home businesses have taken off. This is my busy time of the year....... it stinks.... I do not get time to get out on the course or driving range. I am always working or helping with therapy at the rehab with my dad... or doing something for my 12 year old son....... But this is life, I do enjoy working from home and making money so I cannot complain too much, but it SURE would be NICE to have a 24 hour around HERE.

We have one here on the Dallas-Ft. Worth area about 10 minutes from my house. I find it very relaxing and peaceful to go out late at night and hit a bucket of balls.

I'm betting there's one in Atlanta somewhere. When I was single, I lived down the road from one that stayed open until 11:00 or midnight, and I would go there late all the time. We also have a place not too far from here that is an executive-length course with stadium lights. You can actually play until midnight.

now that i think about it the one driving range that went out of business a while back was open until 11 or something and all the other ones around here are open till about 10 but the club driving range is only open until 630 most nights.

I am surprised there is enough business to keep a range open all night.

For those of you who visit 24 hour ranges, how many other golf nuts are there the same time as you??

That would be very nice. If I had the time and money I would probably go hit balls starting at 5:00 a.m., play all day, hit balls in the dark until I physically can't move, sleep on the range, and start it all over again.
