I had a few questions about golf being played indoors on a simulator.

Has anyone played indoor golf on the simulators?

Whats your opinion on playing indoors on a simulator?

Would you use it to practice? To play in a league in the off season?
For Fun? For lessons?

My idea was to start an indoor facility with golf simulators (if you
haven't seen one, visit www.fullswinggolf.com or trugolf.com). We would
have lessons and leagues. Have different tournaments, contests, food,
and drinks.

It all depends on the actual simulator system the place has. Some are really cheesy and borderline absurd. Others use clubhead speed, face angle, launch angle, and ball speed to determine where your ball goes.

Fun yes, but in my opinion, a good place to practice and work on your game....no way.
