Question Where should I play in Cape Cod?

I'm going to Cape Cod in mid-August with the wife. She's going to a week-long conference, and I'll be playing golf every day.

Our pro has made arrangements for me to play at Eastward Ho! Anything else that I should check out? Private or public - doesn't matter.

My favorite public courses on Cape Cod....

Old Barnstable Fairgrounds

The Captains is also VERY good.

However, if you want to play three INCREDIBLE courses, hop off the Cape back onto Rt 3 North to Exit 3. This is only about 10-15 minutes off of the Cape.

The Pinehills, (Jones or Nickulas) this place is one of the best around

Waverly Oaks, this place is better than great

Let me know how you do, I play a lot of golf down that way and would be anxious to hear what you think of any of those places.

Keep in touch!

Thanks, Dormie.

I'm bumping this thread for even more input.

Oh yeah -- where should we eat? We're staying in Orleans, and her conference is in Eastham.

As far as courses go, seriously, you'll be loving all of the ones I listed, ESPECIALLY the ones in Plymouth if you can swing out there.

Regarding the restaurants, I will not be a good help there. All of the good places I have eaten, I can't even think of remembering the names....
