Looking for a place to play next week near Louisville, KY

So...in case more details help:

I'll be in Louisville 10th - 13th and think I'll be able to get in a round friday or saturday, but have never been there before.

Does anyone know some nice places for golf in the area? I'm a high handicapper but improving.

Thx

Check out Persimmon Ridge Golf Course. It's owned by Louisville Golf. They are the only maker of real persimmon clubs left in the U.S. Nice people to deal with and a nice golf course.

Here's another endorsement for Persimmon Ridge. Played there a few years ago and it took every shot in my bag plus a few that had to be invented on the spot. Can't wait to get back there in October for a tournament.
