Thumbs down Must be an epidemic....

so, I made the switch to a belly putter and was making WAY more putts on the practice green than ever before. I decided to shake out the old game today on the short municipal course near my house. Man, I was killing it off the tee and making good approaches all day. I was bombing the flag on the par 3s with my 9 wood, hitting great appraoches with my short irons, etc... I'll be darned if every bit of short chipping and putting i did today wasn't laughable. I was on the green in 2 on 3 of the par 4s and still only managed to convert one of them. I was almost tempted to fall down on one of the holes and pretend that I ate some bad seafood so that I could take a WD and go home and get drunk. I'm not really looking for advice since I just got the yips, but I just had to vent for a minute.

Going home and getting drunk is a big part of my game.
Some could argue the best part.

And for others, the drinking starts as soon as they step out onto the course. By the 18th hole, some are probably trying to putt with eyes like this.

Sorry, just trying to make use of the new smilies.
