I've hit one 400 yards. Downhill, off the blues on the 18th in the summer when it was rock hard. Here's the link to the hole. I know it says yardage but it's metres (silly club!) http://www.harbourpointgolfclub.com/tour/18.htm#
You'd think I'd be pleased but my bro hit it 40 yards past me level with the water down the bottom.
I'm a long hitter so I'm not **ing. If you look at the link, I've driven the 1st, 10th and 13th all off the tips. This was in the summer with 60 yards of roll though

That fellow on the 18th tee is HUGE! If that's you, no wonder you can hit it 400+ yards!

I've had two over 350 - one was over a hill and then sharply down, obviously took a great kick forward. The other was on the 500 yard downhill par 5 where I usually play, finished inside the 150, we worked it out at 365 yards.
480 yards in at qualifying. the offical said it hit the cart path at least 7 times.
click on hole 9. it went down the right side. it was cool to tell every one i went drive lob wedge on that hole. i got birdie on that hole. that green is tough too. http://www.fallsgolf.com/holebyhole.html
Well, my longest that I know of for sure was alot like that one drive Tiger hit. I don't remember what tournament or what hole it was, but it was the drive that he hit like 360, no roll, with no wind, just short of the green, and landed right in the middle of the 3 yrd wide fairway (the strip that isn't really meant to be fairway, it is just kind of like a walking path to the green that is cut the same height as fairway.) The only difference between mine and his was I used a three wood.
Oh...and my drive was 100 yds shorter
The day after Thanksgiving I went golfing with my grandpa, who consistently hits around 250 (62 yrs old), on one hole he hit a great drive, I get up there and I hit a great one as well. We get up there and there is room to put a super wal*mart between my ball and his (mine being the longer one). I think that one probably made it 270
I've been a member of Sene Valley GC for 15 years and I've driven the 4th (397 yards) twice. Both times in the summer (hard fairways) down wind and the last 130 yards is down hill.
The first time I putted off the green and ended with a par 4
The second playing in a club match, I drove it to 20ft and my partner holed his second shot so I didnt need to putt!

375 on course. Elevated tee box by about 20 feet. I have hit a few long ones on this hole before but none this far. Over drove a 280 yard par 4 with my 3 wood my JR year of HS. Carried to the front and it rolled past the group, ended up about 15 yards past the green. I just got a couple hands in the air nothing major....I really was trying to lay up. That was the day I should of had course record in the tournament. Shot a 41 and had 27 putts.
I average 245-250 pretty consistantly. My longest on a flat fairway was 296 on the5 par 18th at Cypress Ridge and I was able to use an 8 iron over the water to the green but missed the eagle putt. I've actually been on that green 3 times in 2 strokes with only a birdie each time. I've hit a few drives 270-280 but this was the closest to 300 I've ever hit it.
Now my 77 year old dad has birdied the hole as well, and he drives it no farther than 170 yards, so accuracy will get the job done too. Of course his short game leaves me in the dust....
