I'd have to say that the one I seem to visit most often is usga.org. I always seem to have some question about the Rules or handicaps that I need to resolve.

A good one I've found is Thors Golf Links. Pages and pages of categorized golf ranging from Local and State associations, clubmaking, golf help, equipment, college golf and on and on and on.

I thought, initially, someone did say Golfwrx. Very informative, yet not as user friendly as GR, in my opinion. Tighter community here.
