of golf balls but still finds themselves buying them?im guilty as charged have a hole bucket of titleist and i dont know whats at the bottom because i havent looked.and still ocasionally buy balls
No, I don't have that problem. I'm the type of guy who buys balls only when I need them and only a dozen at a time. I've also been known to start a round with only a couple of "real" balls and a few range balls to back me up.
Yea i am, bought a box of 40 grade A titleist, then a box of mixed Pearl, 2 days ago got a box of Pearl Noodles as i've always wanted to try them, already got a box of balls too :)
Ive got a 2 gallon bucket in our shed full of old ****** balls, the only reason I buy new ones is for tournament play. by the way, can't beat Callaway CXR's :)
I have 15 dozen Nike One Platniums on the shelf downstairs, And keep getting more. Now trying TalorMade TP Blacks And Srixon. So I have more than I will need.
I think its just a habbit of wanting to spend money

well i mean habano if u dont want those nike ones id be glad to take those off ur hands
Definitely. I'm just constantly curious about new balls and testing out how I play with them. Just right now I have a box of Pro V1's, bought two of Maxfli's Fire series, Slazenger Black, and then Nike Ones. Phew!
I like the premium golf balls, but can't justify the money. BUT, I do have more than four dozen ProVs, about two dozen HX Tour/56, a couple of sleeves of Nike One's, and a sleeve of B-330s, all of which I've found on the golf course. They are sitting in a shoe box. Even though I didn't pay for them I'm still reluctant fo play them.
I usally play the Nike Distance Power Soft, but just ordered the Maxfli Redmax at $9.99 a dozen from Golfsmith (I've always liked that ball, but it has been discontinued and was surprised to find them).
I find lots of golf balls on the golf course. I usually just give them to my son, or throw them in the shoe box if it's a premium ball.
When I start hitting the ball more consistently I'll break out the premiums.
I have a few big ( 2X2X2 feet ) boxes of assorted golf balls. These are the ones rescued from fairways, streams, woods of my local golf course that couldn't possibly be being played by others. I don't know why but I can't pass the ball if I see it. Some of them I play but I can't think of any reason to have thousands ( Yes, easily ) of balls at home. I joke around to my wife, when I retire I plan to open a driving range. But seriously, is there any local charities or junior league I can donate them ( I don't think Jr. league plays Pinnacles but anyways )?

Have you actually played with the premium ones? I'd say the performance certainly does justify the expense. Although that being said, I still think at this point they can cut back on the price a bit.
I have noticed lately the Nike One Blacks coming down in price quite a bit. Dick's is getting ready to cut the price down to $22 per doz for them.
