Talking Shooting My Age

For the first time since 2002, I shot my age of 67. Not once, but twice last week. Had a 67 on Monday, Jun 23 and a 66 on Thursday, Jun 26. These were on different courses, well over 6000 yards and both were par 72. In both I birdied 3 of the last 4 holes. No chance for a third one in that time period, I only play twice a week now.

Re: Shooting My Age

That's fantastic! Congratulations! I envy you. The only consistency in my game is my inconsistency.

I'm 53 and the rate I'm going I'd have to be in my late 80s to shoot my age. I can't imagine how you'd shoot if you played four or five times a week.

Again, congratulations and keep it up!

Congratulations, that is very impressive. And what did you shoot in 2002?

So what did you get on the back nine??

Nice job! I think I'll have to live to be 85 to shoot my age.

Re: Shooting My Age

Hey Congratulations on shooting your age.

I am not old enough to shoot my age.

I am only 60.

Re: Shooting My Age

For straightshooter - in 2002 I had a 61 to shoot my age on a par 70 course. A few years after that, I didn't think it would happen again.
