Natural golf obviously 'works' just as the 'unnatural' kind does..sometimes. :)

The setup, stance and swing are different but the principles are identical: Get body and arms/hands/club rotating in a coordinated fashion through the ball. Neither involves 'hitting' but the socalled 'natural' swing is more compact and may be 'easier' for the high handicapper.

Both kinds require commitment and practice. Why not take some lessons and see if it works for you? I would look forward to hearing about your experiences with it.

If you've played conventional golf for awhile the most difficult thing will be getting past your old habits. NG or single axis, etc. works very well for many people. Go to this website: http://www.playnaturalgolf.com/ and have a look around, check out the Forum, read the comments of others.

NG is not a cure-all (there is not one for golf), as swingezy stated "requires commitment and practice". Good Luck!
