Sorry Bulls9999 but you didn't submit your entry form before the deadline. There's always next year!

I thought the competition ran through the 30th...which means that if Bulls submitted his intention to captains stagday and shaderunner to play his round before Monday his score could be posted. We've actually had a few players sign up during the running of this competition. Longfellow Greg and Wishbone86 come to mind. :nodsmiley

My ugly 91 in the Valley View Amateur today (home course). This is the toughest Am that I play in. We play the Blue tees instead of the tips in the men's association tournaments. Valley View is rated 73.5 from the tips.

I shot a 90 on the Ghost Creek course at Pumpkin Ridge.

I played terrible. No birdies. My anger got the best of me a few times and it showed up in the score.

Geeepers!!! Shot a career low 79 yesterday when it doesn't count and the 1st day of my 2-day club tourney, I shoot an ugly 94 today. My 13-yr old, who was my partner today, shot a 79 from the men's tees and saved my butt quite a few times, for a team net (-6). Hope we catch fire tomorrow.

p.s. - that's a photo of him when he was 6

Go low!!!!!!!!!!!!!

85 at Bountiful Ridge today from the Whites (14 diff). As Charlie Brown once said, "I don't know. I just don't know."

I did drive number 6 today, a 337 yard par four (dog leg left). It probably plays shorter than that, but I drove right to the middle of the green. The green can't be seen from the tee box. I hit it on the line I wanted (over the trees) with a nice draw. It was on the middle of the green and the flag was up front. I didn't know I could drive the green from the White. I usually play the Blue (tips).

Here is the round.

ugh
Played a muni course I haven't played since I was a teenager. Clover rough, rock greens. I shot an 86 with 7, count 'em, 7 three putts. I couldn't get a pro v to check. On the plus side I did have fun. I vow to never take shots at GG for her putting again.

I played 14 holes for practice... the last 5 holes I played I couldn't see where the ball went so I just had to listen to where it went... lost 2 balls in those holes.
I was hitting the ball pretty well... putting was still bad.
I was 4 over after those 14 holes....without adding on any shots for the balls I lost because I couldn't be bothered going back to the tee .

I'm still mad about my round the othe day. I made great shots, I just couldn't score. I lost my temper a few times and let that hurt my game.
