Another poor round for me on Saturday. 101 gross, 94 adj. And that was on a par 66 course. My best score on that course is 81 gross. That seems a long time ago now. I blame the birth of my second child, who is only letting me play once a fortnight, winter daylight killing my backyard net practise, and my inability to adjust to my Scotty Cameron putter, which I'm now selling. You'd sell it too if you'd just three putted from a foot and a half.

I played in a "monthly" men's league tournament at Bountiful Ridge Saturday. I had a really hard time with the new TM 425 driver. I also had 39 putts on those big sloped greens...5 three-putts!

Here is my scorecard
http://www.mygolfdomain.com/round_view.php?round=1826

I had a shot at a skin on #2, but there was one other birdie...bummer.

I played the latest round in my club's summer singles knockout event on Saturday. We only needed 17 holes (I won 3&1), but I was on for an 82 or 83, which would have been net 4 or 5 under.

I parred the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 9th, 10th, 14th and 17th. The course is playing beautifully, and with the quicker greens my putting has improved dramatically.

Yarrr, shot an 81 (40/41). Had 5 FiR, 11 GiR, and 39 putts. A drunk, one-armed, blind-man could have putted better than me. It was horrible.

Playing some of my least consistent golf in a while..... 93 on saturday, I just could not play golf if this was what I consistently shot! I'd sooner run my fingers through a mangle!

Today I went out in a horrendous 45 (+10), back in 36.... daftness in the extreme and making me one real sod to play against!

Valley View men's league twilight on the back. Hit a few bad drives and missed short putts again. Changed to a conventional putting style later and tried to followthrough better instead of jab at it. First round to play after Josh's tip about the shoulder turn on the backswing. Made it back to the Champ flight for this week, too. :)

Played Monday nite in my Men’s league… Lost to a 14 handicapper who shot an even par 35???? I had two birdies and ended up wit a one over 36 for the nine. Had to give this guy strokes on 4 holes??? What is up with this???? It is all good fun, I guess the guy was playin’ out of his mind.

Nothing like loosing to a guy scratch and giving him 4 strokes.

Today at my home course i shot an 80. It was a decent round, but with a lot of mistakes, went 39 41. I had a good back nine going until the last 3 holes where i went double birdie double , ahah. Dont know where that came from, but i was content with my round, but I had an off day with the putter.
