It went "up to" 44 today so I headed out for a quick 18 in the afternoon... shot 41 on the front and 36 on the back. One of the dreaded "should have" rounds. I figured the ball wasn't really going to be flying all that well so kept hitting an extra club on my approaches on the front.... and was **** air-mailing all of my approaches. All in all, 77 was the absolute worst I could have scored considering how well I hit the ball.

lol, complaining about 77? How long have you been playing? How far do you drive?
None too flash today, shot a 90 (nett 73) in the Mens Mid-Week game, only bright spot was that I managed to pull back from a round that was threatening 100 half way
Could chip today, just couldn't see the putts.......plus even the odd times that a one putt seemed beyond doubt the danged things lipped out, just one of those days I guess.
78 today...... my drivers going huge at the moment! putting still needs alot of work tho, as always
I'll spend a few hours on the putting green tomorrow :nodsmiley
oh yea, I didn't hand in the card ...... my handicaps going down too quickly and I have to get ready for a tournament in two weeks

Well you can expect a few "choice comments" from a certain person we know, just remember that not puting in selected cards is exactly what he told me to do a couple of years ago.......didn't listen though and still put in all possible cards, be they good, bad, or indifferent.

I'll be playing golf while it's snowing on you."
Hey we may have snow but it's getting me out of school. Half our district had power outages today so no school. Obviously I have power.
I shot a 46/44 - 90 at Willow Metropark in 39 degrees & a steady though light rain. We had covered cart so it wasn't too bad, though I forgot my skullcap , an absolute necessity in those conditions. Had a couple of penalties & 1 quad... missed from 4' and 6' for bird. The course, though in excellent shape, was quite wet & they've pulled in the ball washers & rakes for the year so I got some practice hitting sand shots out of deep footprints. Nothing memorable, but all in all a decent round for me in those conditions.
The LAST day of school today for 2 months WAHOOOOOOOO
That is unless there is summer school in order...you have been doing your schoolwork right?
Anyway, congrats on your 500th post, halfway to the Green Jacket, and now that it's summer you'll have plenty of time to get that handicap down even further.

Nice shooting bobnaish. It's good to hear from you again. Just getting in a round on Nov. 30th in Syracuse is an accomplishment. I never got to play that course you recommended near Binghamton last summer.... no one wanted to make the drive with me. Maybe next year.
