"I bladed a couple of half-wedges"

Don't you just love that flat trajectory as they go screaming way over the back of the green.......

This morning I had a 79....., the afternoon players are playing their round as i write, i'm coming 1st in the ladies gross, Adrienne is playing now(7 handicap) so hopefully she has a bad day!!!!

btw... i nearly got a hole in one, my ball stopped 10cm infront of the cup on a 160 yard par 3 grrrr.. got my two tho!

Ladies "gross".....now that sounds like a division you'd fit right into!

It would be hard for you to find a hat that would fit if that ball would've found the hole! Good birdie though! 2's never hurt a scorecard! I hope Adrienne had a great day......just not great enough to beat you GG!

Sounds like you just under-clubbed... a common flaw of you youngsters J/K... great shot ...great round... good luck

Had a wonderful round today in the Pro's game, 48 on the front 9 and 44 on the back (11 stablefords front, 17 back) ......even better I lost the haggle.

sounds like you played about as well as I putted today .....31 for heavens sake

2nd Place huh? I mentioned in another thread that the "Golf Gods" find a way to make bad things happen to you when you wish ill will to your opponent. Still 2nd is an accomplishment to be proud of. Hint....next time keep the Golf Gods on your side!

Presidents today at home, shot an 80 (nett 64) and won the match play 4/3
good friendly game and a few bevvies afterwards.
