Oh and to just top my day off, I had two birdies on par 3's!.... BUT I didn't put my money( $1 ) in the jackpot (which if you get 2 two's you win $250). I'm just going to cry now!

Now that's something worth crying about.

That's excellent. Maybe you should change the tag line below your posts now. It's bad mojo.

Well, not to "rain" on this parade, but maybe you should have left the golf gods alone before this round...they don't like braggers .

Played in comp 2day, +8 after nine and I'm not happy, -2 for the back so end up with a 78. Not to bad considering 34 putts including 22 on the front, missed 3 from 1-2 feet on the front, 2 2's thoughs and won the haggle for the grog on the 18th, par 3 hit it 2 2 feet and draining, what a way to win as we were -4 at the turn

83 Fri. My putting woes continued on the front nine and decided to grip the putter more firmly on the back nine. The ball jumped off the putter straight and true and went right where I aimed it. I got three birdies on the back nine. Now what else can go wrong?

I haven't had a bad round since October. And even then, I got a birdie.

Wazman,

Haven't you seen the WIZARD OF OZ? First GG says she needs shoes (I'll bet she fancies those Ruby Slippers!) and now she won't play in the rain....... The line "I'm melting! I'm melting!" comes to my mind. How about you?

I NEEDED A CHAINSAW TODAY!!!!! I hate TREES!
- If I didn't hit a tree I would've shot a sub par round!
I'm not listing my score, but I did come 4th out of 40 ladies.-Shoulda been 1st.

I HATE TREES!!!!

Ok, now the good things about my round:
I didn't get angry one time throughout the round.
I got in some brilliant long putts .
I didn't get in one bunker!
I birdied the hardest hole on the course.
I had more pars than bogeys..... I had alot of doubles -why do I hit in to the trees?! arghhhh
I was outdriving the teenage guys in my group .
I didn't have one penalty shot.
I only 3 putted once .

I drove 260 yards! (that's long for me .... I know it seems really short to you big hitters) - problem was it went straight into the trees and I had to chip out the side onto the fairway :o( BUT I STILL HAD A REALLY BIG DRIVE FOR ME wahooo!

Congratulations, GG! Sorry about the whole....not-winning thing.... Meh, there's always more tournaments! And maybe you didn't get angry during the round, but it looks like you sure exploded afterwards!
