I hit a 40 over 9 holes (par 34), 6 pars and double bogeyed the 3 easiest holes on the course.

It's one shot of my personal best round the course, but I feel like I hit a 50 because of the shots I left out on the course.

Shot a 71 today with a double, a bogey and 4 birds. winds were pretty high considering it wias up in the mountains in maryland. Greens were prety bad but the fairways were great.

76 on Saturday. THREE three-putts and a missed four footer for bird

78 on Sunday. 13/18 GIR and seven looks at bird from inside 10 feet. 0 for 7

New England greens in April...or so I tell myself

Played in a mens club event saturday, 2 man team best ball.

I shot a solid 72 (+1) with 5 birdies.

Had it to -2 for a while but faltered coming in.

My partner and I shot a net 60 (-11) so that was fun. I am a 2 handicap according to the USGA and I got a shot on 1 hole. Well, that one hole, I happened to chip in for birdie (net eagle) so that helped the net score :)

81 Today.
Two three putts, one of which gave me a par on a par five (should have birdied).
Two double bogeys.
One birdie.
40 on the front, 41 on the back.

Got out to play nine this afternoon. It didn't start out so well as my first hole included a whiff (), a sh*nk (), a topped wedge (), and a three putt () to record a nice snowman...needless to say I was disappointed and rather nervous about my swing as I stepped to the 2nd tee. I played the back tee there (my round was a back/middle tee hybrid...easing myself into the tips-the course is 6300 from the mids and 7100 from the tips-to get ready for the OG/YG ) and hit a beautiful high draw over the corner, then knocked my 8 iron onto the green, two putted for par and proceeded to play the last 8 holes in 2 over...not bad at all, since this course is the hardest one I play regularly and doesn't set up too well for the way I've been hitting it lately...at least four holes on the front nine force you to hit a draw, and I'd been fighting a fade/slice since my first round. 4 GIR, but I wasn't missing the greens by much when I did, 4 fairways hit and 15 putts. The two bogeys were due to misclubbing rather than poor contact, which made me happy. Overall a 42, not bad considering the ominous start.

I played 6 holes and then it got jammed up and were were going to have to wait... so we started over again, twightlight rates lets you play until dark so, no big deal. I was one over through those six but we I got there just in time to tee off so that was a nice warm up.

Then I played another 18... 33(-4) 33(-2) 66 (-6). The nice part about it was that I wasn't really playing that well. My game was like backwards... My long game was iffy and my short game was solid. I missed 6 fairways, a couple by like 40 yards!... and I only had 28 putts! I was bogey free so that always helps too.

Wow those are some nice numbers there. I'd take anything with a - infornt of it. I've being under par for one nine a few times only to blow it on the second nine....

These are my recent rounds:

http://www.mygolfdomain.com/round_view.php?round=393

http://www.mygolfdomain.com/round_view.php?round=391

http://www.mygolfdomain.com/round_view.php?round=382

Anybody notice anything unusual in any of these scores? Hint...12. Read the shots .

BTW, there are pictures from the day linked at the bottom of the pages in the first two links. I will upload the scenic Old Mill picture to the gallery here if I can.

Man, that is an incredible amount of information. Looked like a decent enough round until you blew up on 9. I have had my fair share of holes like that too

It doesn't take that long to enter each shot. Of course, you don't have to enter shots if you don't want to. Having the shots entered and having this information available while on the course does a great job of reminding me how I did on the hole during past rounds no matter how long ago it was.

I use my cell phone to keep score, view past shots, view statistics, etc. while playing. If there is enough time, I enter shots using the phone. If not, I write down the shots on the personalized score card printout. I'm the only person seriously using the software so far. I wrote it for me, but there are lots of other golfers like me.

All of the statistics are automatically generated based on the score, putts, fairway hit, green hit in regulation, and if in the sand. This information takes very little time to enter.
