Well I played my first Ryder Cup style match the other day, the front nine we played singles and i DOMINATED, shot 37 and won 4 and 2, i won the first then we halved then he won and i had a chip on par 3 in the high grass on about a 70 degree slop on the bank of a bunker starin double in the face and i holed...luckiest shot of my life, from there i never even looked back and gave him a chance, next hole i chipped in from the fringe for a par, he missed a 5 footer for par, i birdied the next par 3...4 foot putt and i dunno how the scoring went but i knew it was dormie by 7 and i won 7. On the back it was fourball, me and my partner had never lost a match in fourball,we always jus play other guys on the team, this time was no different.the first hole they went 1 up and my partner was **** haha, he birdies the next 3, so we go up 2, they fight back and are even by the last hole, i mean and i havent even done anything to help him this nine besides a par to halve so i had to make somethin happen...i make birdie on the last to win it, and even tho our team got HAMMERED we won 4 or our 8 points, i won 1 for singles so did my partner and 2 for fourball,.........and we're only sophmores :D
