Played my last round for a couple months today weather was great 65º nice breeze. Hate to rude in the nice weather here in the South but I'am sure you guys and gals in the cold north lands have other things to do in winter, boy that would be tough to give up golf 6 months out of they year

Well tomorrow go in for Surgery on the neck so will be of the course for a while, but will have Golf Rewind to keep me company when I get home.

Yup, played today, was a nice crisp dry 60F today. Debating on playing tomorrow. Really need to. Enjoy the surgery, and see you back here in a no time. :)

Yeah, I played today. Was about 75, clear, with about 5 mph wind every once and a while.

Played the same place we did last week. $11 to walk 18. Winter rates. All of the metro-park courses are going to be open all winter apparently. The place was packed. I hit it pretty well. The greens were still tough, but the placements weren't as bad. I took a quad on one of the short par-3's... bladed a 9-iron over, got cute with a wedge, on in 3 & 4-putt.

Yep! I've got a metro-park 5 miles from me (Indian Springs) that says the golf course will be open every day there's no snow!

Is this thread different from the "what did you shoot today thread"...
Maybe so, because couldn't post a score today because I played 10 holes under black and blue skies, and then it poured!!!! oh welll...

i played today and i live in M.A im 14 so during this time of year im playing ice hockey also it was 55 and thats a good day up here im so sad its gonna be my last time out for for 5 months March is when i get back on track

I want to move somewhere South so bad I can taste it!! lol.


I cannot stand giving up golf or halfway giving it up for 5-6 months. I'm going to try this year to go off and on to a driving range that is open all year around with heaters, but if its snowing it makes it hard. Just hate the cold!
