I love my 7 ! I hit it, on average, 130-135, 140 if I have a good ocean breeze on my back.

anywhere from 130-135...its funny though because i hit my 7 and 8 irons almost the same distance...

8-iron 180 at best... on the range that is. I'm about 5' 10" and just (managed to get) under 100kg. (220 lbs.)
