What is your 7 iron distance?

I saw this on another forum, and was pretty surprised at what distances people were quoting (160 up to 220???)....and wanted to get people's input...

Basically, what distance do you hit your 7 iron (carry, no roll)?
(may include specs of club, ht., wt., etc...)

Currently, (in the cold!!) I'm hitting around 140 yds., loft is 36*, standard length and lie...5'7", 135 lbs.
I know that's on the shorter side, what is avg. distance?

130 yards......- I know that it's short, but I don't have any trouble getting on G.I.R.
Adams: Standard loft, length and lie. Senior shafts

My 7 iron distance is around 130 in the cold and 140-145 in the summer. Learning to live with it but not really happy with that distance.

About 145. I have become pretty good at using the 7 around the green with a bump and run.

175 for a standard length and lie Cobra II 7 iron during the summer. I'm down at about 160 in the frigid air of DC right now. I'm 6' tall and about 195 lbs.

About 160 yds. 5'-9" and 180 lbs. Cleveland TA5's. I've picked about 10 yards by hitting the weights a little harder.
