courses how many

Just wondering how many golf different golf courses you guys have played ....I've got this thing, every time I play a different course I buy a logo ball, there mounted on the wall above my computer, i've played at 40 different courses in 6 different states..

I'm sure my total will be low just because of my location.

The states i've played in are alaska, washington, montana, nevada, california and arizona

Very interesting 4rplay. I'll have to get thinking on how many different countries I've played in. Will get back to you on both points.

Have got up to 15 countries so far with the One Boat GC on Ascension Island being the strangest. Like playing on the moon.

There was an online questionnaire not too long ago at one of the golf magazines web sites that asked the same question. Cool thing was they had links to each state that would open up and list every coarse in that state. I was shocked to actually find out how many I had played. It was close to 90.

I also do the logo ball thing. Didn't start until a couple of years ago. I have about 40 or so different balls in it.

8. I'm pretty sure that's all. I've only been playing for a little while and I normally only play my home course, so that's it.

2 countries though. Canada and U.S. (Florida to be more exact)

Well I came up with 17 courses mainly through high school golf meets. All of them within the state of Indiana. Best course I've played is Rock Hollow, which has been in the past rated one of the Best 100 Public courses in the US by Golf Digest not sure if it still is though. Got to play there a couple times for free when I was in High School.

I've never played outside the US, but I've probably played around 100... mostly Michigan, NC, NY & MD and a couple in Fla.

Something like 25 or so I think... played a lot of 'em in high school here in FL. One in Quebec, a few in Indiana, a couple out west with the hubby (including Furnace Creek in Death Valley, in the middle of the summer, lol)... a large % of my play can be divided between just a few courses, though; our club while I was growing up (Temple Terrace) being the main one.

Favorite course would probably be World Woods in Brooksville-- another one I got the chance to play in high school.

I think I'm probably around 100 courses. There's over 80-90 public courses within driving distance of me, and I've played most all of them. Add the 10-20 courses I've played while traveling as well.
