Slope rating

My handicap program lets me put the slope rating in for each course played, it says 113 is for a average course and ranges between 55 and 155. The problem is which way is hard and easy, is 55 a very easy course or issit 155.

Anyone ???.

55 would be Putt-Putt, 155 would be US Open.
