I thought the Platinum was a durable ball until I put my Spin Milled Vokeys in the bag, I can only imagine what they would do to other premium balls
I've been playing the Nike One Platinum, but just for kicks today I played a Pro V1 on two consecutive holes. Needless to say, my Vokey wedges chewed the tar out of it. One was a full swing with the 52* non-Spin Milled, the other was a full shot with the Spin Milled 56*.

As far as unpredictability of spin, I actually backed up the Pro V1 about 15 feet on a wet green with the 52* shot, but the Platinum usually always stops close to where it lands.
This is my new favorite ball. I used to like the Pro V1...still do but this ball is amazing. It has great feel and i love the spin this ball gives. Ive never spun a ball as much as i have spun this one.
I think the NOP is durable, I haven't found any issues on that point. The performance of the NOP is very good--long and spin around the greens is solid. side-by-side with the Black, found NOP about 1 or 2 yards shorter.
I used them for the first day and noticed that they are about as long or longer than the prov-1 and very good spin not quite as much as the prov-1's but more spin than 1x's. Very good ball. I recommend it as an equal alternative to the prov-1 or 1x.
nike one platinums are my favorite balls. pro v1s used to be the best or so i thought but they started to spin too much. nike one platinums spin a decent amount and go far off the tee.
the platinum's have the right amount of spin and they check up wonderfully around the green. i also like the feel of the ball, with the compression being neither too hard or soft

It's surprising how so many people can "feel" the ball on impact. I hit whatever ball (happen to use Nike's Ti velocity cause I got 4 giant boxes flown in from somewhere for free..hehe) but I really can't tell the "feel" of the balls between, say, Top Flite, Titlelist balls, compared to the Nike's. During putting, maybe... but driving and iron shots? You guys must soak your hands in milk all day to soften them up and get more feel to it. ;)
best ball i have ever used period. i got a few sleeves the other day. platinums, hxtour 56, b330-s and maxfli rev tour. I will just start off by saying, all of these are great balls. The HX Tour 56 was very nice feeling, very soft but to me, nothing really stood out about it. It didn't awe me with its distance or spin. The max tour revolution is the best ball out their for the money now that many stores are pricing them at 17-20 dollars. Good distance and great spin off of irons and wedges. the b330-s was the longest out of the bunch. It indeed does spin more then the original b330 and is a bit softer. a great great ball. now, the nike one platinum. long, soft, tons of spin. i don't know what else to say about it. it is just a great ball.
I hit the Platinum, found the backspin on the irons to be more than ample. Could hit wedges into greens that wouldn't even hop, they would just hit the green, then skid back 5 or 7 feet. Oh yeah, i hit a hop & stop 3 iron at one point during a round. Unfortunately, the sidespin off the driver was the same, and i ended up in the bushes (and short a Platinum) 3 times in 2 rounds. Chipping was nice, distance was good (hit a 240 yard "strong 4" wood from the rough), putting feel was alright.
Overall, tried to like these balls, but because of the reaction off the driver, just couldn't. 3 out of 5.
Played a full round with the Platinum's today. The spin on these are amazing! I was backing everything from 8i's to 3/4 PW up 3-10 feet. They are very, very long.... if you get up enough clubhead speed. Didn't notice any scuffing through 17 holes of playing the same ball (before I lost one in the rough)
About everything I expect from a premium ball.
