Has anyone used the Nike Precision Power Distance balls? I picked some up for $10 a box (last years models since the new boxes are different). I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts pro or con on these balls so that I have some idea what to expect. I expect that they are not top of the line, as new, they only cost $16 a dozen. For you folks that know about these things, I have a slow swing speed and I don't even know the compression on these balls.
i just hit the super soft and i like it.
i have been using the pinnacle exception and the callaway 56.
two different balls i know...
the super soft is an excellent compromise
it long for sure and reasonably easy to control on shorts and greens
i'm switching!!!
however, i see three balls out there with the same name (kinda).
Nike PD Super Soft, PD Pwr Soft, Nike Distance x-soft.
are these the same balls or is there a difference?
Nike Power Distance Super Soft came in 2nd in Consumer Reports. The Nike One Black came in first, but with the PD Super Soft (2 piece) at $14 per dozen and the Nike One Black (3 piece) at $41 retail, you make the call.
i have been using the power distance super soft and i thought that it was very nice off the tee i am thinking about buying some nike one platinums just to see which one i like better or maybe some mojo's but the way i am looking i will be sticking with nike balls for a long time

JMHO - I think the Mojo's are a pretty good ball, but they seem to scuff rather easily. Scuffed to the point wear I feared it would affect the balls flight. I still have some, and I will use them just not sure how much I will buy them in the future.
I tryes out the mojo's the other day and i think they are both about the same i dont know i didnt notice a diffrence maybe the mojo's i have a little more control over and a litle softer around the greens either one you cant lose with though
