Sam's has these for $9.99/dozen. How is this ball? They also have the DD which I guess is the lower spin version. When did these come out?

I use the nike ta2/spn and was just wondering what you thought of it.

I haven't tried the Nike TA2 SPN which is a higher spin ball (thus, less distance?) but I did try the LNG which is supposed to be the longer of the two. I really liked this ball. The ball had good distance and could hold greens well. I believe this was Nike's premium ball just recently. If the $9.99 per dozen price is for these balls, I would pick a box or two up in a heartbeat.

The balls at Sam's are not the TA2, Sam's has the Tour Accuracy and DD. The Tour Accuracy is is a high spin ball circa 2002, I dpn't recall if the DD is a multi layer or 2 pc ball. Ten bucks for a high performance 3 layer ball is a great deal, I would feel better watching a sub $1 ball hit a cart path hard than a new ProV or HX Tour .

A great ball and reasonably priced. Too bad Nike no longer offers this ball.
For me, played as well as the Titleist Pro V1.
