Played 18 with the B330s this afternoon, I noticed a slight reduction in distance off the tee from the HX Tour. For my iron shots distance seemed to be equal to the HX Tour and they held the green nicely, even with a thin 4 iron from 200 yds. The real downfall of this ball is in the short game, no feel and released more then I'm used to. A decent ball but I will still be teeing up the HX Tour for now.

I played with the 2-ball sleeve yesterday, and my impression was that it was just as straight off the tee as the $20/doz distance balls I usually play, and it felt and looked like I was getting a lot more spin on little shots around the green.

I'd play 'em at $20 per dozen but not at $40, which I think is the price point Bridgestone has set, unless I am mistaken?

Good news!!! The B330 tour is being reworked for a June release. The new ball will have a softer core (for better spin/green side feel and better distance for slower swing speeds) as well as a more durable cover (for those who shred the cover on full wedge shots which I have noticed)

The new B330 tour will be HOT with these new changes..I cant wait!

I wonder if they will offer free 2-packs of the new ball. It will be interesting to see how these changes translate on the course.

I found the B330 to be pretty long off the driver and in between the Pro V1 & Pro V1x in hardness. I still prefer the Pro V1 around the greens. The only drawback with this ball is that the cover isn't very durable. It showed signs of wear after a couple holes and my wedges were eating it up.

Hey, League, I've got an even better one for you ----- I keep my misbehaving putter(s) in an area of the garage frequented by several spiders. When one starts acting up on the course, I usually only have to threaten it with sleeping with the spiders and it straightens out, at least for a while!

The new B330S has shipped from the factory on the 20th and should hit stores fully within 2 weeks..alot of stores have them already but the majority are waiting till July to debut them. Its pretty much gonna blow the doors off the premium ball market...LONG,SOFT,DURABLE finely tuned in and ready to scorch the greens

Sounds like somebody "missed" the offer!

I only got one pack but I don't begrudge those that made the effort to receive more. Obviously Bridgestone doesn't care who gets them...as long as they get the word out about their new ball.

I just got a sleeve from a friend, and i'm giving it a try on my next round. So far, i've tried pro v1 and callaway hx tour, and i get more control on my callaway.

I found one of these in the rough the other day. Awesome ball!!!!! I played nine holes with it & shot 6-under! I then played 2 more rounds with it & loved it. I don't know if it's just my swingspeed but this ball goes about 10 yards farther with the driver than any other ball I have tried! It seems fairly durable as well.

Bought a dozen of these balls a week ago. They compress off the driver face more than any other ball I ever played, and go a long ways off the tee. They are abit harder than the ProV1, but by far more durable. If you want an extremely long, durable ball with sufficient mid-short iron spin, then this is your ball.
