Re-grooving tools

Does anyone own one of these? Has anyone used one and does it help? I notice that I have lost a lot of spin around the greens and wonder if I need to re-groove my irons. Thanks.

You didn't specify if you were talking about the cheapo Izzo one tool or the more expensive tools used by clubmakers. I know the expensive ones work, but I am curious about the Izzo tool too, it looks like a retractable utility knife to me.
