I only carry 12. I want to add a gap wedge in the 52* range, but just haven't yet. I will also prob. put my 5i back in my bag. I took it out when I started walking a lot to lighten my bag some.
Same here, 14 clubs in the bag. Its not about using the clubs, it's more about the possibility of needing the club. I would rather have it and not need it then to not have it and need it.
"in a normal round, how many of your clubs do you actually use?"
Thats a great question I would say that typically I would use driver then a 8 iron to SW on most par 4's the only time a long club comes out on the fair way is on the par 5's to go for the green.
I have 15 (keep forgetting to take that old TM 56* out, even though it's been supplanted by the Cleveland 56*). PLEASE DON'T TELL!
Anyway, the only time I'll use all 14 is if I hit a 3 iron off a tee somewhere. Love hitting the 4, use the Rescue a LOT (off the tee, from the fairway, rough, around the greens - very useful club). I use my 3 wood sparingly, too - more likely to take the rescue off the tee than that.

hmm..come to think about it... i can probably junk the my 60 degree wedge..
..in that one time i would use it, i probably fluff that flop shot anyway ...
I have 14, I use all of the clubs in there except the 9 wood that I hardy ever use and my 3 iron, which I don't use too much either, but it's good to have for the times I'm behind trees and need a low shot.
I carry 14 but if the 4 iron wasn't there I would barely miss it.
Least used club in my bag, by far.
Maybe it's time to replace with another hybrid because I usually hit my 3H Taylor Made at least a couple times per round.
