To question #1 yes golfsmith, and local club maker.
To question #2 I have never owned one but had a chance this summer to swing my buddies TM 300 series driver with a Accuflex Icon "I belive" It felt pretty good for a reg flex but that shaft didnt fit my swing.

I have heard of Accubar before related to golf but not accueflex. I have never owned an accuFlex shaft.
