THe Nike SQ is not going to correct a slice nor is a weighted club like the
FT-3. I like so may others have bought clubs thinking they will cure my bad swing flaws and have decided to invest my money in lessons and am very happy I have. Something to think about.........

I agree, lessons are key, #2 getting custom fitted, having the proper shaft fitted to your swing.

I have improved many golfers games with at least one of these.

I agree completely but once you get lessons the weighting of the club can help. I had the FT-3 in my bag early last summer with a draw bias and I was still hitting high fades. I have since flattened out my plane a little and focused on my position at the top which has let me release the club better and get away from my little over the top move. I now hit high draws and have all but taken the right side of the course out of play. I can't even hit the regular FT-3 or X 460 now as I hook them. I need a neutral or slightly open clubface to come into the ball square. I think the internal weighting helps me from there to turn the ball over a little.

It is a VERY solid driver. I've looked at 8 of the current drivers on the markeet, own most and have done numerous side by side comparisons on the range but the one that fits my swing is the FT-3. Some complain abou the sound but when you hit it solid and if you have the ss it is loud and distinctive.

I agree with On in Two on this one, the FT-3's weighting is designed to help with a minor ball flight problem, not a major swing flaw. If you get the swing flaw straightened out, then the heel weighting really can add a bit of a draw to your shots.

an awful slice does not sound like a minor swing flaw but hey to each their own. I just think money invested in lessons go much farther than $400 bucks on a club you don't even know you can hit consistantly. just my 2 cents
