shaft question

how do you know if you need a regular shaft, stiff, or extra stiff shaft? and how do you know what degree you need to? i have a 10.5 degree driver now and it goes sky high, so should i try 9.5? i play about 8 rounds a year for the last 4 years. but i am looking at getting a new driver and i just wasnt for sure. here are 2 drivers i am looking at, so please let me know which one would be better. thanks.

Getting fit, a player that knows a good bit about their swing can be fitted over phone/net... We do it for shafts all of the time.

Another sponsor here Custom Golf Sales www.customgolfsales.com does a good bit of fitting help too.
