To All Innovex Golf Customers –

You may have noticed that our pricing has gone up recently quite a bit. You will also notice that pricing is being brought back down quite a bit this week. We have received many emails from customers who are puzzled by these sudden changes. Please allow me to explain…

We started this company in 2004 with the intent of offering the very best product line possible via ORIGINAL DESIGNS (by the best in the world), CERTIFIED MATERIALS, and spot-on assembly. We also wanted to offer these products at lower prices than traditional “tour-played” brands by eliminating tour players from the ad budget altogether. We have offered our products directly to golfers across the globe via our website / 866 number, and via retailers in the US and Canada to great success.

About a year ago, I allowed some investors to come into the company who wanted to help take Innovex Golf to the “next level.” Over time, this group of individuals convinced me that we needed to raise our prices in order to go after tour play, do more national advertising, etc. I went along with their thoughts, but our recent price increases have taken Innovex Golf in a direction I never intended it to go.

Therefore, as of Friday I have purchased 100% of the shares of Innovex Golf Company, and will be adjusting our prices this week to where they should be in order to fulfill the mission (and vision) that I had for this company. We will continue to offer our product line directly (via phone, website and traveling “tour van”), as well as through retailers and distributors. Our retailers consist of custom club-builders, traditional off-course golf shops, as well as on-course golf shops. We will continue to distribute as both a factory-assembled and component product line (through distributors). Our pricing schedule will not change again for 2006, and assembled pricing is as follows:

I dropped in on Innovex Golf yesterday (4/1/2006). Kevin is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Spent about an hour there. Nice facility. Will be going back in a few days with my credit card.
