Back Spin - 3600 - 3900 RPM.
Those numbers were generated using a Callaway Big Bertha 454 10.5* shafted with a stiff Aldila NV65. The Callaway guy said that the backspin would likely be the result of the 10.5* loft. I am currently using a Nike Ignite 410cc in 8.5* with an Aldila NV65 Stiff shaft. Using it I reported very similar numbers for swingspeed, ball speed, and side spin. The backspin with the ignite was 2900-3100 RPMs.

With your Swing Speed being at 110-115 you should be able to get your ball speed higher then 140-150 so you need to find a combo that will give you the hottest action off the face. IMO your ball speed should be around 155-160.
Your backspin should be around 3200 RPM and your Launch Angle around 13-14 degrees. You seem to have good side spin at 30-40 so you don't need to change anything there.
Are you an aggressive or smooth swinger as it seems with your numbers that you are more on the aggressive side. If that is the case then you may need to to with a more tip stiff shaft to get your spin rate down.
Your high spin rate could also be do to your attack angle on the ball (hitting the ball on your down swing).
