Has anyone reshafted a Titleist 905 yet?

Mine came with a notification that because of the special hosel design, only the factory sohould do reshafting. Ha anyone done one themselves or sent one back?

Its no problem to do, just titleist wants you to return it to them or else void their warranty. They claim the aluminum sleeve can be messed up but my local builder and many online state its not a problem. Warranty is the only issue.

We have done plenty of the 905's without any issues. Bill3508 is right that it will only change the warranty. Not a problem!!!
