texan classics?

Hi everybody I'm brand new to this site but not to golf. I have been playing for a number of years. I have a half set of clubs right now (like 7 clubs i think) and I want to get a new full set of clubs. Money is very much an issue. I seen these on ebay and would like to know if anyone knows anything about these clubs? Quality, how good they are, that type of thing. Thanks in advanced.

Never heard of them. How much are you willing to spend? You might be better off hitting garage sales, or buying a piece at a time off e-bay. Go 3 wood, 5 iron, 7 iron, 9 iron then PW. Get a putter early too. You can buy decent individual clubs pretty cheap on e-bay. I bought a Titleist 5 iron for like $12 bucks just to try it out. It is still in my garage and worth the money.

Welcome to the site.
