Conforming driver

Could any one tell me if my driver conforms to the R+A rules for 2008. I have a Callaway Big Bertha, Hawk eye,VFT-Titanium, 9 degree.

by the time we get to 2008, just about anything will go.lol somewhere on the head, it should say nc, i don't believe callaway was very big in non-conforming drivers. non-conforming drivers were overrated sort of like nonconforming golf balls.
