Grips

I currently hit a set of Mizuno MX-23's with standard GP grips. I have average size hands and was looking at getting jumbo grips for a couple of my irons just to test them out. I like the feel of the jumbo grips. My coach didn't recommend nor discourage me to try them. However he did notice that I tend to tense up on my downswing causing my grip tighten...Any thoughts on going to jumbo grips????

I have normal sized hands and had a free trial at the one size larger grip. I had bought a used Rescue Mid at GS and they said they would change the grip for free. They accidently put on the wrong one on and I didn't realize it till I got to the range (few days later). The contact was about the same, but I felt like I could not properly release the club which gave me a slight to power fade. Everytime I tried to compensate for it, it turned out to be a low hooking shot. I'd say stick with the right size grip.....
