Wedge Recommendations Anyone?

Anyone out there have any wedge recommendations? I am a 12 handicap and am contemplating either a 52/56 or 54/60 configuration. I have always heard Clevelands are the best, but there are so many Cleveland models, I hardly know which one to pick. Help!!!!

The "best" wedge is all personal preference. I'd base your decision on the loft of your pitching wedge.

Might want to consider the Titleist Vokey wedges as well, the only complaint I hear about them is the balls getting ate up. Demo a few to see what feels and performs best.

Vokey, TM TP's, CG10's, etc etc. There are a lot of good wedges out there. I've found that wedges are like putters, each person has their idea of what they want in terms of feel, spin performance, look, etc. Best to go try some out and make a decision based on that.

I have a CG10 56 2dot and it is my favorite club in my bag. I have always struggled inside 50yds. Since I got this club, I hit the pin almostevery time I go out and actually sank one from about 20 yrds. last week. It has been a great confidence builder for my short game.

I play TM RAC LT2 irons so I think my pw is 47degrees. With that, I would say 52 and 56 would seem most logical. Does anyone know the difference between the Cleveland 588 and 900s?

The 588 are cast and a little larger head than the 900 series which are "form forged". I've played both and prefer the 900 series. I wish they were still made.

I love my CG10's. I have a 56 and 60 degree 2 dot set.

Wedges aren't my strongpoint, but these helped me alot.

I also have a CG10, 58*. It's one of my favoutrite clubs too. I have a 588 as well, but the CG10 is nicer. It's got a lovely feel.
